It has been found out that the wearing of hats for long duration can cause friction between hat and hair which in returns pull the hair and can lead to inflammation of the follicle which can further lead to permanent damage and hair loss. You need to give rest to using hats and make sure to use clean hats.
Sports & Physical Performance:
It has been observed that during activities such as sports consuming a lot of energy can cause hair loss in some cases. During such activities muscles consume a high amount of energy which as a result drains the rest energy from the body including hairs. This causes hair to suffer.
If you are a frequent user of steroids to boost up your physical performance than you are at risk of hair loss. Also, if you let sweat stay at your scalp for a long time then it will damage your hair eventually leading to hair fall.
Styling of hair is very common among teenagers nowadays but they are not aware of the fact that the things they use can lead to hair damage which later can turn into baldness. Either people have hairstyles that pull your hair tight or causes stress on the scalp making hair weak. Some people use hairstyling gels that are harmful to hair’s health or hot-oil treatments and chemical relaxers can cause hair damage and never let them grow again.
