The term ‘Baldness’ basically refers to uncontrolled hair loss from your scalp. This word can make even the toughest of men upset since a head full of hair is usually considered as a sign of youth.
Some of the reasons why men are going bald are mentioned below:
Genetics play a vital role in deciding whether one will be bald or not and if yes then when will it occur. It depends on your family history. You can look around and have a clear idea that there are families in which both son and father are bald.
One of the major cause of natural balding is hormones. Chemicals in male bodies convert testosterone into something many refer to as dihydrotestosterone. The measure of dihydrotestosterone is down to hereditary qualities yet it is obscure whether the dad’s qualities or mom’s qualities decide what number of catalysts are delivered. Researchers trust that Asian men have less of this protein in their hair that’s why you can see a maximum of bald Asian men.
Using different cosmetics on hair is one of the reasons for going bald. Shampooing too often can also cause hair loss. Perms, bleaching and dyeing hair can add to hair loss by making hair feeble and fragile.
Age is considered as a major factor of losing hair. It has been researched that 20% of hair loss can occur in your twenties, 30% in your thirties and any time after your puberty. This concludes that the older you get, the higher the risk of going bald.
If you ever ask a bald man the reason for his hair loss. He will surely mention stress. Stress is actually considered one of the top reasons for baldness. In today’s busy world you will find at least 1 out of 5 men in stress. It might be work-stress, family-stress, etc.
Your eating habits and how often you get rest can influence your balding. Your way of life is considered in charge of a ton of bodily defenses and functionalities. If you eat a lot of junk food then it can lead to nutritional deficiencies which may further contribute to baldness. And the less sleep you have the more stressed you can be so this element also links to baldness.
One reason for hair-loss is smoking which is very common in men. The carbon monoxide inhaled from smoking causes the prevention of transporting oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles. Also, nicotine narrows the blood vessels which prevents hair growth.
Hats are great for covering your hair and protecting your scalp from sun and environmental stresses. It has been found out that the wearing of hats for long duration can cause friction between hat and hair which in returns pull the hair and can lead to inflammation of the follicle which can further lead to permanent damage and hair loss. You need to give rest to using hats and make sure to use clean hats.
It has been observed that during activities such as sports consuming a lot of energy can cause hair loss in some cases. During such activities muscles consume a high amount of energy which as a result drains the rest energy from the body including hairs. This causes hair to suffer.
If you are a frequent user of steroids to boost up your physical performance than you are at risk of hair loss. Also, if you let sweat stay at your scalp for a long time then it will damage your hair eventually leading to hair fall.
Styling of hair is very common among teenagers nowadays but they are not aware of the fact that the things they use can lead to hair damage which later can turn into baldness. Either people have hairstyles that pull your hair tight or causes stress on the scalp making hair weak. Some people use hairstyling gels that are harmful to hair’s health or hot-oil treatments and chemical relaxers can cause hair damage and never let them grow again.
